Sukhadi Pranayama Technique:

  1. Perform poorak with both nostrils utilizing the full power.
  2. Then perform kumbhak for a short while.
  3. After this perform rechak for a short time with the lips rounded like in the act of whistling.
  4. Complete rechak with taking short breaks and stopping many times.
  5. Repeat the full process many times.
