Pranayama Benefits: If any pain is felt in the body the breathing gets disturbed. Using the knowledge of swara science this can be monitored and controlled. So it is important to monitor the breathing whenever one feels pain in any part of the body. It may be symptom of something serious.

Pranayama Exercises and Technique:

  • Monitor the breathing as described under treatment of fevers due to excessive heat or cold.
  • And after checking the breath, close the nostril as per the time of the day.
  • Continue till the pain subsides.
