Exercise For Refreshing Tired Lungs also Called Exercise For Cleansing The Breath .

Usage and Pranayama Benefits: Pranayama can be beneficial for cleansing the breath. This may be useful for people in various fields who have to exercise their vocal chords regularly like singers, teachers, politicians and other leaders. This exercise can be done anywhere and anytime during the day, whenever one is tired. This exercise refreshes the person.

Pranayama Technique:

Inhale a complete breath deeply.

Retain the breath for a few seconds in the system.

Round the lips as if for whistling without puffing the cheeks.

Exhale some air quickly making a hissing sound while the rest of the air is kept retained.

After waiting for a while again some air is to be exhaled. This has to be repeated four or five times.
