Exercise For Curtailing The Foul Breath

Usage and Benefits of Pranayama: Many people are afflicted with foul smelling breath. The reason is that there may be impurities in the lungs, mouth, nose and throat that cause the breath to smell bad. This exercise purifies the lungs. The effect of this exercise is like a laxative.

Pranayama Technique:

Standing erect inhale a complete breath and retain it in the lungs.

Retain the breath for as long as it is possible.

Opening the mouth the air is exhaled quickly.

Cleansing the breath exercise is done after this to rest the lungs.

The exercise is repeated a few times.
