Breathing Exercise For A Sweet Voice

\Usage and Benefits of Pranayama: This exercise is very useful for developing sweetness in the voice. This is particularly helpful for singers and women who have masculine voices.

Pranayama Technique:

Through the nostrils inhale slowly a long and complete breath for as long as one can.

Stop the inhaled breath for some time below the throat. The retention can last for a few seconds.

Stretch the lips and mouth to the maximum like in a smile.

Then exhale the entire breath like an explosion.

Do the exercise for cleansing the breath to rest the tired lungs.
