Yoga Positions and Yoga Postures - Tulangulasana

Tulangulasana Benefits: This yoga asana helps the musculo-skeletal system. Helps in curing constipation, thus helps the digestive system. It helps the circulatory system by improving the blood circulation. Nerves also become strong with this yoga asana.

Yoga Positions and Yoga Postures - Tulangulasana Technique:

  1. Lie down on the seat; place the legs as in Padmasana.
  2. Place the palms of the hands underneath the hips so that the elbows rest on the seat.
  3. Raise the head and upper part of the body above the ground so that the entire body rests on the hips and forearms.
  4. Maintain the posture and retain the breath for as long as it is comfortable.
  5. Exhale and bring the whole body down slowly.
