Yoga Postures and Yoga Exercises - Tadasana

Tadasana Benefits: This yoga asana is very helpful for the women especially during pregnancy to relieve the labour pains during delivery. However, it is advisable that the pregnant women should do it under expert guidance. It helps increase the height of growing children. Also this yoga asana relieves the pains in arms and legs. It makes the whole body shapely.

Yoga Postures and Yoga Exercises - Tadasana Technique:

  1. Standing up erect, both the arms are raised above the head so that the palms are facing outwards.
  2. Raise the whole body slowly and take the entire weight on the toes.
  3. Maintain position for as long as possible, while breathing slowly.
