Yoga Positions and Yoga Poses - Suptavajrasana

Suptavajrasana Benefits: Reduces fatigue and strengthens and broadens the chest muscles and narrows down the waist, thus helping in reducing abdominal obesity.

Yoga Positions and Yoga Poses - Suptavajrasana Technique:

  1. Sit on the knees with heels under the hips keeping the knees together.
  2. The big toe of the right foot should be placed on the big toe of the left toe.
  3. Taking support of the hands bend backwards until the head touches the ground.
  4. Then place the hands on the thighs.
  5. Maintain the position for as long as possible.
