Parvatasana Benefits: This yoga asana is very beneficial for the knee joints as it improves the blood circulation to the knees and lower limbs.

Yoga Positions and Yoga Poses - Parvatasana Technique:

  1. Sit in Padmasana.
  2. The arms are stretched above the head and joined in Namaskar.
  3. The hips are slowly raised so that the weight of the body is rests on the knees.
  4. The eyes are closed.
  5. The pose can also be used for meditation by advanced practitioners.
