Pada Hastasana Benefits: Good for muscles and skeletal systems. It is good for the vertebral column. Also relieves the digestive disorders. It is good help for abdominal obesity and functioning of abdominal organs and muscles.

Yoga Positions and Yoga Exercises - Pada Hastasana Description and Technique:

  1. Pada means feet and Hasta means hands. This is a yoga asana where the feet are touched by the hands.
  2. Bending forward from the waist the feet are touched by the hands.
  3. Then hands are placed on the ground.
  4. Then the head is bent forward between the arms to touch the knees.
  5. Position is held for sometime.
  6. Coming back to normal and then the process is repeated after some time.
