Naukasana Benefits: Increases muscular and organic abdominal strength and is good for spine.

Yoga Poses and Yoga Positions - Naukasana Technique:

  1. After lying down on the seat with face up, while inhaling the legs are raised without bending till they are at about 45 degree angle.
  2. Then the trunk is also raised till it makes an angle of 45 degrees with the floor.
  3. Hands are stretched forward.
  4. The position is retained for about ten seconds increasing to one minute.
