Hastapada Lopasana Benefits: This asana is very good for the digestive system. It is also good for power of concentration and peace of mind.

Yoga Positions and Yoga Postures - Hastapada Lopasana Technique:

  1. Sit as in V ajrasana.
  2. Keep the soles of the feet on both sides of the anus.
  3. The legs should be placed in such a way that the calves must touch the thighs.
  4. The knees and toes should touch the seat.
  5. Placing both hands behind the waist, hold the toes of the right foot with the left hand and the toes of the left foot with the right hand.
  6. Holding the breath maintain position for as long as possible.
  7. Feel a new surge of energy rising in the body while maintaining the posture.
