Guptasana Benefits: This asana is very beneficial for celibacy. This asana is as beneficial as Siddhasana.

Yoga Positions and Yoga Poses - Guptasana Technique:

  1. The technique is similar to that of Siddhasana.
  2. Place the left heel over the genital organs.
  3. The right heel is also placed over the genitals.
  4. The ankles of both the feet are kept opposite.
  5. The toes of right foot are pushed inside the hollow between the left thigh and left calf muscles.
  6. The left toes are covered by the right leg.
  7. The posture is maintained for as long as possible.
