Garbhasana Benefits: Helps cure obesity by reducing fat, makes the muscles supple and strong. This asana reduces the speed of inhaling and exhaling and gives complete relaxation to the body.

Yoga Poses and Yoga Positions - Garbhasana Technique:

  1. Take posture as in Kukkutasana.
  2. Bringing out the elbows, catch the right ear with the right hand and the left ear with the left hand.
  3. Some people keep the hands interlocked behind the neck as an alternative position.
  4. Maintain position for some time, slowly increase the duration.
