Dolasana Benefits: This asana makes the arms very strong. It also improves the abdominal muscles, thus reducing centre obesity.

Yoga Postures and Exercises - Dolasana Technique:

  1. Sit on the seat in Padmasana.
  2. Then hands are kept firmly on the two sides of the hips, just behind the knees.
  3. The body is raised, keeping it balanced on the hands.
  4. The body is rocked back and forth like a swing.
  5. The position is maintained for sometime.
