Yummy kheer recipes

Banana kheer
Ingredients

6 banana, 4 tsp sugar, 2 tsp flour, 1 tsp jayphal powder, 1 coconut water, 3 tsp ghee, ½ tsp cardamom powder

Method:
Sauté flour in a pan till it turns brown in color.
Add coconut milk to the flour and sauté again.
When it turns thick in consistency, add sugar and banana.
Add cardamom powder and jayphal powder and stir well.
Serve.

Maisoor kheer
Ingredients:

250 gm milk, 30 gm chana dal, 25 gm cashew nuts, 25 gm small cardamom, 50 gm rice, ½ green coconut, 25 gm raisins, 1 ½ tbsp ghee

Method:
Cook rice and dal in a pan and keep it aside to cool down.
Later add milk to the pan and keep stirring while cooking.
When kheer get prepared, take it off from flame.
Garnish with chopped mava, cardamom and grated coconut.
Serve.

Rice kheer
Ingredients

2 kg milk, 150 gm basmati rice, 00 gm sugar, 5 gm coconut, 5 gm raisins, 5 gm chironji, 5 gm cardamom, 1 tsp kevra or rose water, 5 gm badam, kesar

Method
Heat oil in a pan. Add rice and sauté them in oil and keep them aside.
Pour milk in a pan and bring it to boil add the above sautéed rice. Cook on low flame.
When kheer turns thick, add sugar.
Cook and keep stirring.
Add kesar to 1/2 cup of milk and add to the above kheer with chopped dry fruits. Also add grated coconut.
When kheer gets cool down, add kevra or rose water.
Serve.

Orange kheer
Ingredients

2 kg milk, 250 gm sugar, 16 oranges

Method
Peel off the orange and de-seed the orange flakes.
Add sugar to milk and bring it to boil.
When milk reduces to half, add orange flakes.
Cool down the kheer and serve.
