Hey people, as the exam time is coming, it is very important for you to keep a tab on whatever your kids eat so that they does not fall ill during this crucial period of year. Do you know that the right kind of eating habits can go a long way in determining their overall performances during exams? Read this article below that will guide you on all that your kid should eat for preparing himself or herself for exams.

Tension undoubtedly stimulate beige eating, but keep in mind that overeating makes your kid sluggish. Instead of giving 3 large meals in s day, let them have 5-6 smaller meals. This will regulate your blood sugar levels and every level too. Replace carbs like rice, bread and chapatti with kala chana and daliya.daliya being rich in fiber will let your kids stay alert.

Increase the protein intake by including items like moong dal, lobiyas, moth etc. give them seasonal fruits. Go easy on dairy products like milk and yoghurt as they are sleep inducing and hampers metabolism. But if your child cannot do without a glass of milk, make sure he has it only before he goes off to sleep. Add a dash of ginger or turmeric powder to reduce the kapha properties of milk.

Tell your kids not to get nervous about the exams. Ask them to study in advance and relax when closer to the examination day. Try not to add to their stress by mounting expectations as this can lead to illness. Make sure they get 6-8 hours of daily sleep to rejuvenate themselves.

You will be surprised to read that a good and restful sleep builds up resistance in your body. Incorporate yoga and meditation in their daily regime also.
