What To Do For Those Pearly White Teeth
Brush, brush, brush your teeth, brush it every day is common rhyme we all have heard and advised to follow since our childhood. The basic idea behind this saying is to maintain the dental health and hygiene of your pearly white teeth.
A person’s smile directly impacts his or her self-esteem. Today even the common man is interested in knowing the different ways of maintaining his teeth. Here are some ways that can help you to achieve pearly white teeth.
Extrinsic strains caused due to coffee, tea and tobacco can be easily removed by the process of bleaching. Combination of nascent oxygen and hydrogen peroxide is used while bleaching process and blue light is used to activate the combination to give the results. It is a faster, safer and guaranteed method. Earlier, teeth were primed with some harmful ethers and substances like hydrochlorine, but now a bleaching kit is made available which contains bleaching agent-a gel or a cream and tooth moulds along with an instruction leaflet. This can be easily used at the comfort of your home only.
Some other homely remedies for achieving pearly white teeth area also given below just go through them.
Make sure you rinse your mouth thoroughly after every meal you take, or a cup of coffee or tea and even when you smoke.
You can also brush your teeth twice a day with a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and powered salt to achieve pearly white teeth.
Rub salt on your teeth and later rinse it off for sparkling effects.
You can make a coarse powder of dry orange peels by grinding them and then use the same for brushing your teeth. Make sure you perform this act on regular basis.
You can even brush your teeth with dry powder of pomegranate peels for getting sparkling white teeth.
