What to do for a sound sleep
Here are some easy listed that can promote sound and a restful sleep.
Exercises enhance sleep:
Exercises offer you plenty of benefits-good sleep being one of them, provided that you exercise in the early morning or at the most during afternoon. It has been proved that people who follow regular fitness schedule during the day sleeps much better during night time. But avoid exercising before your bedtime, as it won’t benefit you in any way.
The power of a nap:
The importance of a power nap has been now well recognized by companies all across the world. Thus, companies are taking a big step in providing “power nap” breaks to their employees. So, whenever you feel exhausted and tired out with day-today routine, allow yourself a power nap according to your feasibility. It will certainly energize you and provides you with the same benefits as a sound sleep at night.
Change your strong alarm:
You are enjoying a restful sleep and suddenly your buzzer goes off. It wakes you up in an extremely distressed way, and you spend the whole of your day in a zombie like state with a severe pain in head. So make sure that you use a dual alarm system. Set up a soft alarm that can be heard near your bed and fire alarm like buzzer away from you and set to go off exactly two minutes after the softer alarm. This way, you won’t be jolted from your sound sleep and yet you can have a stronger backup to pull you out of the bed.
Visualize:
Lying on your bed and waiting for sleep to take over can be a really frustrating experience. And it gets worse with every passing second, so at this moment visualize some beautiful scenic pictures of beaches.
