What a meditation can do for relieving stress

Its one of the most beautiful experiences when your mind is calmed and quite.
There is difference between mediation and prayer. Prayer is basically related to God and you are talking to Him. However meditation is done silently pin drop silent. There is no noise. You are absolutely quite. You concentrate on your body movement and focus your mind onto a particular object.

From meditation you can get relief from your stress and anxieties. Today world is so busy and people hardly have any time to go for it. And most of you must not be aware of what meditation can actually do for you.

If you are leading a very stressful life then please try doing meditation.
Make a space in your room or any where and sit quietly. Try to think about something good. Do not bring your bad stories. Concentrate on something. Say like you could just focus on OM sign or anything and try to think about its presence. Close your eyes and bring the picture.

Relax your mind and body. There should not be any external disturbances. Always think about good things in life.
Try to focus what could be the solution to your stress and while meditating try to erase it.
Take long breath and slowly release it.

Initial few days you may feel useless but slowly you will accustom to it and you shall benefit from the meditation.

Atleast try to remain quite for half an hour and if no time then you can practice for atleast 15-20 minutes.
. Meditation is always accompanied with a bit of Yoga Asanas. Try to sit in Padmasana, stiff body posture.
You can attend meditation classes. There are so many centers providing meditation classes.
And you also can go for long vacation from your daily routine and stay in some peaceful and quite locality. You could gain some peace at heart and mind. Your “mind peace” is very crucial to keep healthy and free from the stressful life.
Do meditation every day.

Try not to get angry quickly no matter how deep a reason can be. Control yourself.
Try meditating it’s never too late and walk with a beautiful smile on your face.
