Place your alarm clock in a perfect position
Do you know why alarm clock fails to wake you up, because every time the alarm rings, you hit the snooze button, or worse, switch it off? So it would be better if you place an alarm clock at the most suitable position, somewhere little far away from your bed so that you have to get up to reach it. Remember When you do stretching at this moment, definitely your brain will wake up too.
Restrict the intake of caffeine
If you think that a good cup of coffee will help to wake you up bright and fresh, then think again. Remember that your body have wake up after several hours of sleep, and your stomach is empty without any fluid, therefore what’s needed is a proper dehydrated glass of drink like an orange juice to rejuvenate your body. Taking coffee at this time, will do more harm than any good. Trust me, grandma recipe of hot water mixed with lemon and honey forms the best way to start up your day. Adding ginger to it can boost your circulatory system. You can also go for the option of green tea which is loaded with antioxidants.
Start your day with music
Listening to music after getting up restores positive energy in your body, plus soothe you nerves too. You can add music to healthy lifestyle habits like yoga, your workout session; walking etc. this certainly stimulates your mind and body.
Take a hot water shower
Taking hot or Luke warm water shower will help in loosening your muscles to get you a good stretch. This act of stretching will help in releasing the stored tension so that you can start up your day on a more relaxed, peaceful way.
