Ways to Prevent Catching Common Cold
Are you one of those who are frequently seen with a red and a running nose? There are some people who tend to catch cold very easily. A sneeze by a person sitting nearby or any change in weather conditions and such people will be seen carrying common cold.

If you are one of those who easily catch cold, then you must try to maintain distance from people suffering from cold and flu. Wash your hands frequently to prevent catching as well as spreading of cold.
You should make it a point to wash your hands when you come from outside and also before every meal.
Strengthen your immune system as it will help in preventing you from cold and other infections. There are various natural ways by which you can strengthen your immune system, the primary being by eating a healthy and a well balanced diet.
Vitamin C is quite beneficial for people who are prone to catching cold easily and frequently. You should eat food items that are rich in vitamin C and you can also take supplements of this important vitamin.
However, it is advised that you first try to provide your body with Vitamin C through diet.
If you are not getting adequate sleep, then you can be frequently troubled by the problem of cold. Thus sleeping well is necessary to prevent catching common cold. Similarly, you should avoid stress and strain in your life as these can make you vulnerable to a number of ailments, cold being one of them.
Along with the above tips, you should also try to have adequate water. Thus, follow the given tips to prevent yourself from catching common cold.
