Ways to Get Rid of Tension Headaches

Make proper diet and regular exercise a part of your daily regime as that will help you a long way in remaining tension free and healthy. When tensed, try to take a nap to relax your mind and body. Also, you can listen to music or go for a walk. Try to divert your mind from the daily worries of life. Getting a massage done is also an effective way of getting rid of tension.
