Ways to cure hangover

February 4, 2009

Did you guys have a party bash last night, which involved lot of hard drinks and music? Well in that case, next morning will be quite tricky for you to handle out. But don’t panic! Read this article written below, as it will provide some effective ways for curing your hangover.

After the party night, drink as much water as you can before hitting your bed. Water might not be too appealing in the morning when you wake up, so give yourself a boot of water and sugar. Water will help in hydrating your body with fluid, which has got dehydrated due to last night excessive drinking. Sugar on the other hand will boost your mood and energy levels to carry out your day-to-activities. Continue drinking water through the day as well.

Do not avoid meals the following day after your party, as having something to eat helps in curing your hangover in its own way. Do you know that when you eat something, food increases your metabolism and the speed with which the body processes alcohol? So have proper meals to get an early recovery from hangover.

Feed your stomach with lots of bananas. This is because bananas helps in replenishing vitamins that might have get lost. Plus at the same time, bananas acts as natural antacid.

For curing your hangover, take a walk. Believe me, walking in fresh air can make you feel better in more than one-way. Doing little bit of easy exercises can help too by increasing your heart rate and by curing headache and body aches.

Last but not the least, take a good sleep. Lie down, close your eyes and take powerful nap or if you want you can relax by doing stuff you enjoy.

Hope the above ways help in curing hangover.
