Ways to beat the bulge
hey people , here are some simple tips to get in shape in real quick time, as there is very little time left before bashes of the year are going to be held. So don’t think twice about them and beat those body bulges and get into a much better shape.
Always start up your day with a glass of hot water and lemon juice. After you are over with your exercising session, don’t forget to drink a glass of honey and lemon juice. Because honey provides you with energy to body while the lemon will cut the additional fat from your body.
Due to the hard pace of your life, you must be working till late nights. Mind it, that lack of sleep can really spoil our looks. No amount of exercising can make you look good if you are unable to take good amount of undisturbed and restful sleep. So ensure that you have at least six hours of sleep everyday.
Do you know that instead of spending large amount of hours in gym, you can get back into shape by making simple alterations in your daily diet? Remember that eating habits contribute to 60 percent to the way you look. So eat according to your body’s needs. Never think of skipping of breakfast no matter how much late you are getting, because this is the most important meal of the day. Eat only when hungry. A hunger pang may not always b your body’s carving for food. It may just be hunger. Inculcate a habit of carrying 3-4 ready to eat fruits like apples, chiku with you at work everyday. Cut down on your coffee and tea intake. Have a cup of tea in the morning and a coffee in the evening. In between if you feel like drinking tea, go for herbal tea option.
