April 22, 2009

ways-to-beat-summersHey people, are you looking around for some perfect ways to beat this sweltering summer season, then read this article below. It will guide you with various easy and effective ways to pass this summer season easily and smartly.

Make sure you eat lots of amla in this summer season. Amla is a great nourishing and healthy food item. Amla juice mixed with carrot juice greatly helps in relieving a person from urine and heart related disorders. So don’t think much, make sure you eat one amla everyday.

Whenever you move out of the house, make sure you carry water bottle along with you. If you want, you can also carry a bottle of your favorite drink instead of simple water to keep yourself fresh outside. For keeping the drink cool for longer time, make sure you buy thermal bottle for yourself. For a sporty look, go for bottle with rubber straw.

Fragrant soaps helps in keeping you fresh all day long in summers. You can choose from variety of lemons, mint, and khus flavors. You can also go for the option of handmade soaps.

Buy some nice perfumes and deodorants for yourself. They will not only keep the body odor away but also keep you feeling refreshed throughout the day. You can also go for the option of itra, if you the traditional oil based scents are what you looking for.

Go for khaki this season. Trust me, khaki color cargos, shirts and linen safari suit looks awesome and cool in summers. This stuff will keep you away from the sweltering heat of summer season; at the same time give you macho and cool image.

Certainly make sure you wear sunscreen whenever you go out, but also keep in mind that your skin needs vitamin D. for this, try to spend at least 10 minutes everyday outside in sun rays.
