Ways to Be Romantic

January 6, 2009

It is a general trend: spark of love is at its peak during courtship and early years of marriage but slowly love seems to dry away with time. It’s not that marriage makes you less romantic; it’s just that you neglect the romantic side of yourself in the hustle and bustle of life. However, it is always a great idea to add passion and sparks of romanticism back in your life. It will rejuvenate your boring life and also rekindle the flame of love and passion. If you think that’s beyond you now, think again. Given below are some simple ways by which you can re-explore your romantic side.

Being a disciplined person and following a daily schedule is not a bad thing at all. But over the time, it does get boring and monotonous. You might still love your partner the same way you did before, maybe more; however, it has somewhere got lost amidst daily life. Exploring your naughty and romantic self is not a bad idea. Adventure, experiments and some surprises are a great way of rekindling the old flames of love. Go out for a candle night dinner, a late night movie, a romantic walk along the beach, and even on a cruise. Take out time for yourself and your partner. Make your partner feel special and this surprise would be memorable for both of you.

When young, dates were a part and parcel of life; so why do people shy after marriage. Go on a romantic date and recreate that old magic again. It is nothing to feel ashamed of. Being romantic is not about going overboard or doing things which are not natural to you. It simply implies giving your heart some time and chance to express itself and feel happy in a usually mind dominated world. It’s all about spending time and some memorable moments with your loved one.
