Ways to attain good body figure

Start you day with a glass of hot water (3-4 cups). You can either drink lukewarm water or keep it as hot as tea, depending upon what you prefer. This will cleanse your body systems and helps you get rid of waste materials that otherwise get accumulated in your system. In other words, a glass of hot water detoxifies your whole body system.
Make sure you drink at least a glass of vegetable juice before eating your breakfast every morning. Remember that vegetable juice is rich in enzymes. It provides you with glow on your face and enhances your liver’s capacity to digest food. You can always make your juice choices from veggies like lauki, gajar, amla and spinach.
Don’t forget to include lot of fiber in your diet.fiber helps you to feel full, gets you rid of carbs and bloating. fibre also helps you get rid of water retention. what you can do is to replace one time meal by fiber foodstuffs.
Cut down your consumption of dairy products, instead go for green and leafy vegetables for your calcium body requirements.
Always have light foodstuffs at your dinnertime. Just comprise your dinner with simple dal, chappati and sabzi. You can add a bowl of veggies soup to it. This is because at nighttime, our body gets sedentary and finds it hard to digest extra calories.
