All those who take nicotine suffer from 50 percent higher loss in a production of new brain cells than who do not smoke. Plus they also have higher rate of brain cells death. So try to keep a red alert on your smoking habit. If you are smoker, work hard to kick this habit. But if you are smoke-free, Stay that way and also encourage smokers to quit.

Going without water for long time
Depriving yourself without water can shrink your brain. Do you know that your brain cells consist of 85 percent of water? Water is necessary to transport various things across cells. Without sufficient water in brain, ions may get disrupted thus damaging your brain badly.

By reading the above factors, you must have got to know that how these little things can affect your brain in a damaging way, so try to avoid them as much as possible.
