Is your memory losing its way, making it hard for you to remember tiny little things? But mind it, it’s only the beginning, there’s lot more to face. Here are some of the problems of ageing that you suffer from.
No doubt, you start losing your brain cells in your 20’s but that’s a slow process. About 40 percent of people above 65 years suffer from the problem of memory impairment and one percent of them develop dementia every year.

In your 40’s you starts suffering from the problem of clear vision .You find it difficult to focus on objects and mind it, by the time you turn 70, you find it more harder to distinguish between the fine lines.

Age related hearing loss occurs in 25 percent of the people between 65 to 75 years and in 70 to 80 percent of those over the age of 75.This hearing loss made people to rely on hearing aid devices.

Remember that by the time your age reaches 80 years or more, you lose as much as two inches in your height due to curving forward of your spine or may be because of the compression of the discs between the vertebra.

Mind it that your bones begins to lose density at the age of 50 years, thereby exposing you to a higher risk of osteoporosis and other fractures in your body.

Even at the age of 60 years, the number of cells in your spinal cord begins to drop. This leads to decrease in your sensation power.

It is a fact that normal movement puts pressure on your joints. But the added stress created by you by over indulgence in sports activities, your joints starts to wear out between the age of 40 and 50.This causes a severe problem known as osteoarthritis in your body.
