Starting your meal with a bowl of soup, cuts down your calorie intake by almost 20% in comparison to eating the main course alone. You can feed yourself with any variety of soup-chunky or smooth, but be sure that it is low in calories.

It would be wise for you if you simplify your food choices to gain that healthier look. It is a well known fact tat the pleasure of food increases up to the third or fourth bite and then it drops off. If you place variety of food on your plate, you can prolong this sensory pleasure that can stop you from feeling full.

You can rely on the food that satisfies your hunger like baked potatoes, oranges, khichdi, apples, veggies and beans. These stuffs when eaten make you feel fuller on fewer calories, plus making it easier for you to loose those unwanted kilos from your body.

Why not take a workout outside? Exercising outside provides fantastic vitamin D hit from the sun along with oxygen packed fresh air from surroundings which is an immediate energy booster. So, try out a power-walking or running around your local park.
