Treatment for cold

You can even consider a decongestant and antihistamine combo if your symptoms are making you uncomfortable.
For getting relief from your chapped nostrils, you can always apply some of petroleum jelly on the affected area.
To avoid spreading and picking up germs, wash hands well and use tissues instead of a hankies.
Make sure you drink plenty of fluids sit keeps the lining of the nose and sinuses moist and less susceptible to infection.
You can even make use of humidifier to keep the air and your nose moist. Make sure your humidifier is fungus-free.
Make sure you avoid irritants like smoke, dust, pollen and animal hair.
You can consider using vitamins, minerals and even herbal remedies for treating cold.
