Tips to organize party
Throwing a party for many people can be a hard task. But don’t forget that arranging parties can be fun too. Here are few tips that can help you to throw coolest parties in town.
First of all decide what kind of party you intend to give-a cocktail, a buffet, a formal dinner or an informal dinner.
After deciding on the theme, work on its food menu. For an informal, quick and easy party, keep it all simple. Buy some snacks, cold meat, Olives, cheeses, bread, salt cookies, fruits, sauces to prepare salads and snacks. For cocktail party, the most important things are the drinks, so you must have a varied bar, not only with alcoholic but also with non-alcoholic drinks. Offer your guests dishes with lot of vegetables, cereals and fruits. This is because- it is important to maintain a balance between drinks and foodstuff.
If you are organizing a buffet, or an informal dinner with a single table, organize yourselves from left to right, place the plates, the napkins, the cutlery, and the bread; then place the salad, the main dish and the sauces. At the end, place the glasses and the drinks. The desert can be placed on the table for decorative effects or at the end of the main meal. Always prepare a selection of items that can be served at a room temperature. If you do so, you don’t have to worry about the hot first courses that might get cold, or with the cold deserts that might get melted away. You can wrap the cutlery in a napkin and place them in a basket so that your guests can easily take them. Make sure you always have lot of ice at hand. For good presentation, you can place the spices in small bowls. Make sure the places for garbage are perfectly evident to your guests. Mind it, using candles for decoration acts as great way in creating a good ambience plus it neutralizes the food and the smoke’s odour.
