February 11, 2009

Hey people, do you find it hard to deal with your teenager’s behavior? Then don’t fret and panic! Here are some perfect ways that can help you to build a nice bond between both of you.

Right from the school going age, keep a check on the demands of your teenager. If their demands are unreasonable, unnecessary or beyond one’s means, they should be politely told so. Even if they insist, a definite ‘no’ is the answer. People who try to meet such demands of children surely spoil them plus often create problems for themselves in the long run.

Very often when fathers say ‘no’ to their teenagers or grown ups, mothers pass on the money through their misplaced affection, which often leads to bad habits in the children. Mothers themselves should say ‘no’ if they want their children to be good and successful in life.

You as parents should have faith in your children but under the influence of modernization and education in a forward –looking society do not permit them to spend nights at their friend’s houses or to come home late. A firm ‘no’ from the very beginning can help you save any future troubles between you and your teenager.

These days, teenagers and youngsters are very keen to drive and even want to have a vehicle for themselves. Due to the craze for thrills with speed, many of them opt for a 2-wheeler, preferably a motor cycle, even if a car is within their reach. affluent parents in their desire to provide everything to their wards and to show off their wealth, often commit this mistake .instead it is better to say ‘no’ till the age of maturity is reached as youngsters are more prone to be rash with a vehicles.
