Never be harsh with your eyes as they are extremely sensitive. Baby shampoo is a helpful way of removing mascaras which are usually resistant to other kinds of removers. Extra virgin olive oil is also helpful. Apply few drops on a cotton ball and softly massage the eye region to let go off waterproof mascaras.
Don’t use a harsh remover as that can dry out your skin. Instead go in for mild makeup removers. Facial cleansers are available according to skin types. Baby oil is an effective way of removing all kinds of makeup in a safe and healthy way.
