Breathe deeply
Dieting slows down your metabolism, the rate at which your body burns calories, so you start regaining weight back again. Therefore it is all more important for you to speed up your metabolism rate. Your body needs oxygen to burn food, hence deep breathing is really needed for speeding up the metabolism rate.
