Certainly yoga tends to make you lighter by elevating you spiritually. No other fitness regime can match yoga’s star status for sure. It is very haute this season. It has acquired a new makeover and gone glam as number of stars like Madonna, Demi Moore, Karreena kapoor etc are incorporating them it in their daily fitness schedule. Mats:
Remember that direct contact of your body with earth’s gravity tends to reduce the yoga’s effect on your body. That’s why yoga is always performed on mats. Today market is flooded with variety of mats. You can see number of mats collection in adidas and Nike showroom that gives you a firm grip, even on marble flooring and allows you to really stretch without loosing balance and control. Just choose a mat, a one of your choice.

Clean surrounding:
It is very important to keep your surrounding clean and clutter free. Also keep apparels and accessories of yoga like mats dust free. This is because yoga includes lot of inhalation kriyas and dirty inhalation can make you to inhale all the left over toxins.

Bare foot:
For some people, yoga is a form of worship. So, make sure you never practice yoga with shoes and socks on. Also, remember that the certain pressure points in your feet only gets activated when you workout barefoot.

Watch out undercover:
Though yoga is not much strenuous like weight lifting program but it is equally important to give proper attention to your undergarments while performing it. Don’t forget to wear undergarments that support your yoga exercises. Why not try out a sporty Nike bra and bra fitted tees from addidas and puma?
