Always keep in mind that all type of cholesterol is not bad for your health. There exits two types of cholesterol-the HDL, which is the good one, and LDL, the bad one. Eatables like olive oil, oily fish, Soya oil and nuts are the great sources of HDL so make sure you include them in your diet. Good cholesterol helps in preventing the harmful effects of cholesterol. Remember that foodstuffs like mayonnaise, butter, and vegetable oil; cheese all affects your cholesterol badly by congesting the arteries, so avoid these items.
If you think that overeating of sweets can lead to diabetes, then think again buddy! People who do not eat sweets have an equal chance of getting diabetes as who regularly eat them. Mind it, that diabetes is mainly caused due to accumulation of glucose in the body or by the inability of the pancreas to regulate the sugar level. It can be triggered off by sugar but not really caused by it.
Yes very often or elders stop us from cracking knuckles, warning that it could cause arthritis problem in your body. However, it is 100 percent wrong! Mind it that it is the accumulation of gases around the joints that causes air bubbles, which burst when we crack them and the air is released. Arthritis is caused because of excessive strain on one muscle, ageing and because of infection in a joint.
So guys just keep the above points in your mind and lead a hale and hearty life.
