Undoubtedly eating in the right fashion, getting plenty of sleep, timely taken medicines and other general doctor’s recovery instructions help leaps and bounds in fasting your healing process after any surgery or trauma. But mind it; there are some other things also that have to be taken care of, for your faster healing and acquiring peace of mind. Following are some innovative ways, if given thought to, can sooth your psyche.
A healthy view
A green and a leafy outside view, undoubtedly helps in faster recovery. It has been clinically found that the patients who rest near the window having a natural view of outside greenery uses less pain medications and recover much faster than those who usually and mostly stare blank walls.
Music factor:
Whenever you are on healing stage after any trauma or accident, make sure you pile up good collection of relaxing music CD’s and cassettes near your bed side. Listening to good music helps in early recovery while keeping your mood in order too. Believe me; music has been used by countless from hundreds of years to alleviate the people from their sufferings and for enhancing their well being.
Effect of colors on your health:
Mind it; colors do make a significant effect over your health and well being. For e.g. the different shades of red can reduce the problem of arthritis pain, while other one’s can help you in epileptic fits. Remember that painting your room with yellow color can cause harmful effects on your sleep. This color can badly interfere in your sleeping patterns thus causing sleep disorders. Whereas painting the room with blue shade can calm down an aggressive person. Likewise you can choose the color for room accordingly and make a wonderful effort in your early recovery.
