Tempting sweet dishes and drinks for you

Hey people, here are some mouthwatering sweet drinks and dishes for you all. Read them and try out in your kitchen, I am sure they all would love them.

Khus lime on rocks

Ingredients:
¾ cup khus syrup, 2 cups cold water, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 silver foil (cut into small, thin pieces), and crushed ice

For garnishing:

Lemon slices

Method:

Mix well the khus syrup, water and the lemon juice. Mix the silver foil pieces. Fill each glass half with the crushed ice, then pour the khus mixture. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.

Polka dot salad

Ingredients

1 packet mint jelly crystals, 2 cusp mixed fruit balls, ½ cup sweetened cream

For garnishing

Balls made from one banana cherries, 4-6 thin mango slices

Method
Dissolve the jelly in 2 cups of water of oiling water. Cool and pour half into a ring-mould tin and arrange half the fruit balls around the mould. Put to set in the refrigerator.

To the remaining jelly mixture, add a few drops of red color and the remaining fruit balls. Pour this mixture over the set jelly and put in the refrigerator again.

Before serving, loosen the sides and unmould on a plate. Fill the centre with the banana balls and cream. Garnish with mango slices and a cherry, and serve.

Mango rose curd delight

Ingredients

1 cup curd, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water

For garnishing

1 cup rose syrup, 1 cup mango pieces, 1 tsp finely cut pistachios, ice cubes

Method

Blend together the curd, sugar and water.

Take serving glasses. Place about 2 tbsp of mango pieces at the bottom.

Put the rose syrup in a squeezy bottle and squeeze the syrup on the inner sides of the glasses.

Fill the glasses with the lassi and garnish with mango pieces, rose syrup and pistachios.

Serve cold.
