Tasty Snacks items for you
Royal rolls
Ingredients:
For rolls:
2 boiled kacche aam, salt to taste, oil for frying, 250 gm channa flour, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp garam masala powder, ¼ tsp mirch powder, 1 cup grated coconut, 250 gm raisins, 4 green chilies
For masala:
2 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp garam masala, 2 chopped green chilies, salt to taste, oil, coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Squeeze out the pulp of kaccha aam and fill salt in it. Make a nice paste and keep it aside.
Add salt and oil in channa flour. Pour water and prepare nice dough. Divide this into 4 parts. Prepare chapattis of this dough.
Pour a thick layer of kachha aam on this chapatti. Sprinkle raisins and grated coconut on it. Roll it. Steam these rolls.
Cool them down and then chop them in small pieces and deep fry in oil.
For preparing masala, make a nice paste of onions and tomato.
Heat oil in a pan; add ginger-garlic paste with other seasonings. Stir-fry.
Add the rolls to pan. Garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot.
Corn patties
Ingredients
100 gm corns, 500 gm potatoes, oil for frying, 50 gm chopped onions, tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt to taste, 1/ tsp red chilly powder, 1/ tsp green chilly powder
Method
Mash the boiled potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger-garlic paste in it. Add chopped onions and corns and fry. Also pour the salt, red chili powder and gene chilly paste and stir fry. Mix well and then keep it aside.
Give a shape of cup to mashed potatoes and pour the above filling in it. Prepare patties of this potato cups by flattening them.
Heat oil in pan and fry these patties. Serve with green chutney and sauce.
