Tasty snacks for kids

Bonda
Ingredients:

250 gm urad dal, black pepper, curry leaves, 2 green chilies, ½ inch ginger piece, salt and oil

Method:
Soak urad dal for 6 hours before starting your cooking.
After 6 hours, add chopped green chilies to the dal and make a nice paste of it.
Add all the seasonings to this paste and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Make small cutlets from the above batter and fry them in oil.
Serve hot with chutney.

Dal pakoda
Ingredients:

1 cup moong dal, 2 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp jeera, 4 chopped green chilies, pinch of soda-bi-carbonate, ½ cup chana dal, 1 chopped onion,  curry leaves, ½ tsp grated coconut, salt and oil

Method:
Soak each dal in water in separate container for 6 hours.
Afterwards, make paste of each dal separately in blender.
Mix the paste together.
Add all the seasonings and other ingredients.
Prepare small pakode from the paste and fry them in oil.
Fry till the turn golden brown in color.
Serve with chutney and tomato sauce.

Paneer sandwich
Ingredients:

8 bread slices, paneer, tomato sauce, butter

Method:
Butter the bread slices and place a layer of tomato sauce on it.
Place the paneer slices on the other bread and cover the red with other slice.
Place the toast in toaster. When bread turns golden in color, serve with tomato sauce and mint chutney.

Bhel puri
Ingredients:

10 gm murmure, 2 boiled potatoes, 50 gm besan sev, 1 chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, ½ tsp re chili powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder, mint chutney, 50 gm maida papari, 50 gm potato chips, 4 chopped green chilies, salt, ½ tsp jeera, 1 tsp rock salt

Method:
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.
Add chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves and seasonings.
Mix them well.
Add chutney and serve.
