Tasty herbal recipes

Here are some tasty herbal recipes for all of you- just read them out!

Stuffed eggs
Ingredients:

6 eggs, salt and black pepper, 2 tbsp sour cream, 2 tbsp chopped chives, 1 tbsp Soya, some Soya for garnishing

Method:
Boil the eggs in a pan. Later place them into a bowl of cold water. Now cut the egg into half carefully and scoop out its inner yellow part.
Make a nice paste of this yellow part by adding salt, black pepper and sour cream. Add chopped hens to the paste.
Now fill this prepared paste in the eggs.
Serve with sauce.

Rohu with green sauce
Ingredients:

1 kg rohu fish, 4 green onions, 3 tbsp olive oil, 225 gm water cress and spinach, 50 gm cumin leaves, 2 tbsp ajmodh, 1 tbsp kervil, 1 curry leaf, salt and black pepper to taste

Method:
Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onions in it. Add all the other green vegetables to it with chopped herbs. Cook it on high flame for 10-12 minutes. Now add 5 cm chopped pieces of rohu fish to the pan. Add required water, salt, curry leaf, black pepper powder and cook with covered lid.
Bring to a boil.
Cook again with open lid for 20 minutes on low flame.
Serve with brown bread and butter.

Red current snow with mint
Ingredients:

150 gm thick cream, white part of two eggs, 150 ml curd, 2 tbsp castor sugar, 450 gm raisins, and 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves

Method:
Beat the cream nicely till it gets thick.
Beat the egg white too in a nice way in a separate bowl.
Add the white part of egg and curd to the cream slowly, stirring continuously.
Add sugar.
Wash and add raisins also.
At the end, add mint leaves and serve.
