Tasty Food For You All- Have A Look!

Hey people, here is an exotic, tasty and mouth-watering recipe for you all. I am sure you all would love it especially your tiny tots. So don’ waste time in thinking much –just read the recipe below and prepare in your kitchen cabinets.

Vegetarian egg potato curry

Ingredients:

500 gm potatoes, 200 gm tomatoes, 250 gm rice, 50 gm coriander leaves

For gravy:

2-3 onion,12 cloves of garlic, 4 green chilies, 5 gm ginger, 200 gm ghee, 50 gm butter, ½ tsp degi mirch, salt and red chili to taste, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp coriander, ¼ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp jeera powder, 2-3 curry leaves

Method:

Wash the rice and soak them in water 2 hours before preparing.

Make a paste of rice in a blender.

Boil the potatoes in a pan. Peel off.

Make a nice paste of masale.

Chop the onion in small pieces.

Chop coriander leaves in a separate container.

Boil the tomatoes and peel of their skin.

Make small cuts in potatoes with knife and sprinkle salt and jeera powder in it.

Add salt to the rice paste.

Heat oil in a pan.

Dip the potatoes in rice paste well and fry them in oil till they turn golden brown in color.

Again heat oil in another pan and sauté chopped onions in it. Add all seasonings in it and stir-fry.

Add tomato pulp in it with curry leaves.

Add 1 cup water to prepare the thick gravy.

Pour the fried potato balls in it and cook for 5 minutes. Bring to a boil and then close the burner.

Heat butter in pan and splutter degi mirch in it and pour over the dish.

Serve hot after garnishing with chopped coriander leaves and green chilies.
