Hey girls and guys, here are some mouth-watering drinks for you to beat this summery weather. Just read them out!

Chocolate milk shake
Ingredients

1/2 cup coco, 1glass milk, salt, 1/ cup sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla essence, 1 ½ cup water

Method:
Add coco in sugar and beat well.
Now add salt and water and continue stirring.
Put the mixture on gas flame and keep stirring with a spoon.
When it turns thick, keep it aside to cool it off. Add hot mil to it and blend it well in a blender.
Add crushed ice to it.
Serve.

Badam sherbet
Ingredients:

250 gm badam, 6 cup sugar, 150 gm black pepper powder,1  ½ cup milk, 200 gm cardamom powder, 1/2 bottle  of rose water,

Method:
Soak badam in a bowl mixed with half cup milk and half cup water a night before.
Next morning, place all the badam in hot water and peel of their skin.
In a muslin cloth, tie cardamom pieces and black pepper.
Boil 2 bottles of water in a pan on flame and pour sugar in it. Now place the muslin cloth filled with cardamom pieces and black pepper in the pan. Keep stirring it after every 1 minute so that its flavor gets dissolved in water.
Make a paste of almond with milk.
When chaashni get thick, add badam to it and cook for 10 minutes.
Now close the flame and let it cool down. Add rosewater once it gets cool down.
badam sherbet is ready. Fill them in bottles.

Pineapple sherbet
Ingredients:

Pineapple juice, sugar, 20 mint leaves, curd

Method:
Add curd to the blender and blend it well.
Add pineapple juice and sugar to it and blend well.
Sieve it well.
Add sherbet to glass and garnish it with mint leaves.
Serve.
