Tasty drinking items

Hey people, here are some tasty and mouth-watering drinking items for you all! Read out and try them in your kitchen cabinet. I am sure you would love them!

Tomato salsa
Ingredients:

8 tomatoes, 1/2 chopped onion, paste of 2 garlic cloves
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour the mixture and make a paste in a blender.
Now place this paste in refrigerator to cool down.
Use the above paste as and when required.
Add ice and water to it in a glass. Add salt and black pepper as per your taste. Again put the glass filled with salsas in refrigerator to chill, serve chilled.

Strawberry and lime juice
Ingredients:

50 gm golden castor, 175 gm strawberry, 3 tsp lime juice, crushed ice

Method:
Add sugar to the pan with 4 tsp water and boil it. When sugar gets properly dissolved, keep it aside to cool down.
Add chopped pieces of strawberry to blender and make a nice paste. Now add sugar syrup and lime juice top it.
Pour the prepare juice in a cocktail glass and serve with crushed ice.

Chocó-coffee delight
Ingredients
: 4 cups milk, 6 tsp sugar, 1 tsp coffee powder

Method:
Bring 3 cups milk to a boil. Add sugar with coffee powder.
Add custard powder to the rest of milk to make a nice paste. Now add this paste to the boiled milk.
Mix everything well.
Serve in cup or glass.

Yogurt dip
Ingredients:

2 cup curd, 1 onion, ½ capsicum, 1 tsp tulsi leaves, 2 tsp olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 green chilies, 1 red chili, ½ tsp honey or sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder

Method:

Except for curd, make a paste of all the ingredients. Now add curd at the end and mix everything well. Serve.
