Cauliflower pulao
Ingredients

250 gm rice (soaked in water for 30 minutes), 1 medium sized cauliflower, 3 potatoes, 50 gm chopped French beans, 4 chopped onions, tomatoes, and 4 tsp oil, salt to taste

For masala
1 bunch of coriander leaves, 1bunch of tulsi leaves, 6-7 cloves of garlic, 1 small piece of ginger, 5-6 green chilies

Method
Heat oil in a pan and sauté all the vegetables in it for 10 minute.
Add rice to the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Add masala paste to it and mix well.
Pour 500 ml water and salt according to taste and pressure cook for 10 -15 minutes.
Serve hot.

Cutlet malka-e- masoor
Ingredients

200 gm massor dal, 50 gm pumpkin, 1 carrot,  green chilies, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp amchoor powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 cup water,  2 tsp besan, 2 bread slices, 20 gm coriander leaves, some bread slices choora

Method

Sieve the dal and soak them in 1 cup of water.
Peel of the pumpkin and chop it into small pieces.
Also chop onion, carrot, green chilies in small pieces.
Make a paste of garlic and ginger.
Add all the chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté them with salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and dal. Cook with closed lid.
When the dal gets properly cook, pour it into a plate to cool down.
Soak the bread slices in water and crush them in dal and mix well. Add 2 tsp besan to the same mixture.
Also add amchoor powder and chopped green chilies.
Prepare cutlets from the mixture. Roll these cutlets in bread choora and fry them in oil in heated pan. Serve hot with tomato sauce and mint chutney.
