Coffee and walnut custard
Ingredients:

2 tbsp custard powder, 1 tbsp gelatin, 1 tbsp chocolate powder, 1 tsp coffee powder, 4 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp chopped walnuts, ½ liter milk, 3-4 droops  of chocolate essence

For garnishing:
1 tsp chopped walnuts, 1 tsp walnut powder, 1 tsp grated coconut, 1 grated chocolate cube, 1 tsp mixed fruit jam, 8-10 biscuits

Method:

Add custard powder, coffee powder, chocolate powder and sugar in ½ cup milk and mix it well so that added ingredients get dissolved in it. Now add gelatin to it and stir it well.
Boil the rest of the boil in a pan. Now add the above milk mixture to the boiled milk. Let it again boil for 2 more minutes.

Later take it off from the flame and add chopped walnuts to it with essence. Pour this in a serving bowl and garnish the top with chopped walnuts, grated coconut and pour little of jam in the center to make it attractive. Also add some grated chocolate on the above for children. For a more attractive look, serve this custard with biscuits.

Layer pudding
Ingredients:

6 bread slices, ½ liter milk, 2 tbsp milk powder, ½ cup sugar, 1 tbsp cardamom powder, 1 tbsp coco powder, 2-3 drops of red color, 1 cup cream, 2 tsp grated chocolate

Method:

Cut the sides of bread and add the rest to the boiled milk. Stir them nicely till the milk gets thick. Cool it on low flame. When the milk gets tick, add milk powder, sugar and cardamom powder to it. Cook for 2 minutes.
Divide this mixture in 3 parts. Add red color to the first part. Add coco powder to the second one and leave the third part as it is.
Pour the coco powder part on the bottom of the serving bowl, then layer it with white part and then top it with red part.
Whisk the cream well and pour it on the top. Add grated chocolate to it and serve it after cooling it in refrigerator.
