Tasty chutney recipes

Hey people, here some sumptuous chutneys for you all! I am sure you all would love these lip-smacking chutneys. Read below and try them in your kitchen cabinets!

Roasted chana chutney
Ingredients

150 gm roasted chana, 2 green chilies, 1 big ginger piece, 2 tbsp coriander powder, ½ tsp oil, 3 tsp lemon juice, curry leaf, ½ cup chopped green chilies, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp salt

Method
Make a paste of chana after taking out their peel.
Also make a paste of ginger, garlic with green chilies and coriander leaves. Also add red chili to it.
Now heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds, curry leaf and dry chili in it. Add chana paste as well as ginger paste in it. Cook till they turn golden brown.
When it cools down, add lemon juice and salt.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve.

Amrood ki chutney
Ingredients

250 gm kacche amrood, 2 tsp ginger paste, 100 gm tamarind, 2 tbsp mustard paste, 2 tbsp jeera, 6 cardamom, 15 raisins, 5 gm sugar, 4 tsp rose water, pinch of red color, 4-5 green chilies, 2 tsp mustard oil, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp salt

Method
Wash the amrood and grate it nicely.
Soak the tamarind in water.
Roast the jeera and cardamom and crush them. Add them to the black pepper and keep aside.
Heat mustard oil in pan and splutter mustard seeds in it with cardamom and jeera. Add grated mushrooms. Mix well.
Sieve the tamarind pulp in a cloth. Add the tamarind juice to the pan. Stir well.
Also add sugar and pinch of salt. If needed, add water. Cook till it turns to thick consistency.
Put the chutney in refrigerator to cool down, later add red color with rose water. Sprinkle lemon juice as per taste.
Garnish with raisins. Serve.
