Tasty Breads Recipes For You

Hey people, here are some sumptuous recipes of breads, read them and try them out in your kitchen cabinets!

Missi paranthe

Ingredients:

250 gm mix wheat and chana  flour, 1 tsp jeera, ½ tsp red chili powder, chopped coriander leaves, 3 green chilies, ½ tsp coriander paste,  ghee and salt

Method:

Add ghee and salt to missi flour along with other seasonings.

Pour water and prepare nice dough from it.

Prepare chapattis from this.

Heat oil on tawa and cook parantha on it from both sides.

Serve hot.

Rice parantha

Ingredients:

150 gm rice flour, 50 gm besan, 25 gm onion, 2 green chilies, ½ tsp garam masala, and oil for frying, 50 gm wheat flour, 50 gm curd, and ginger, salt, coriander leaves

Method:

Add wheat flour and besan to rice flour. Add ghee and other chopped ingredients to the mixed flour.

Pour curd over it and mix well to prepare nice dough from it.

Make small chapattis from the dough.

Heat oil on tawa and fry these prepared paranthe on it from both sides.

Serve hot.

Kutto paranthe

Ingredients:

250 gm kutto flour, coriander leaves, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 150 gm boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, ghee

Method:

Add salt and ghee to kutto flour.

Now add mashed potatoes with chopped coriander leaves and black pepper powder to flour.

Pour water and prepare nice dough from it.

Prepare small paranthe from it.

Heat oil on tawa and cook the paratha on it from both sides.

Serve hot.

Ajwain parantha

Ingredients

250 gm flour, 1 tsp aijwain, salt, 4 tbsp ghee

Method:

Add salt, again and 1 tsp ghee in flour. Mix well.

Prepare nice dough with water.

Prepare a parantha.

Heat oil on tawa and fry the parantha in it.

Serve hot.
